Orderly has always used the top pharmacies but now also offers the best rates in the marketplace. The SimpleStart is 3 months for what most providers charge for one. Loyalty Program. Discounts increase each month up to 25%. There is no advantage to paying more in this marketplace. All of the providers are now using the same few pharmacies so paying more does not equal higher quality meds.
Free script, free shipping. No monthly subscription. Easy to transfer from your current provider if currently in treatment.

Orderly has a large inventory of pure semaglutide and tirzepatide produced prior to compounding deadline. They were planning for longevity, as many other telehealths were just in it for the "GLP-1 boom". Orderly has always used the top pharmacies but now also offers the best rates in the marketplace. On top of that, they just launched a Loyalty Program. Discounts increase each month up to 25%.
They also are opening a 48,000 sq ft pharmacy to offer personalized GLP-1 treatments going forward. You will never have to worry about availability.
Many other pricing sources, such as Reddit spreadsheets and other websites, do not show Orderly's true starter pricing. Please share. Your friends may be overspending.

RemedyMeds is on the pricier side. They have a promotional relationship with Forbes who put them at the top of a "recommended list". I researched them. They use all of the same pharmacies as most everyone else. It's not unique medication. Their service sounds like it's received well though.

Most telehealth companies have close contracted relationships with compounding pharmacies. Usually several, and they ship from whichever is quickest for scalability. Mochi purchased their own pharmacy, Aequita. Unfortunately, they have had some issues lately and their own pharmacy was shut down. That meant fulfilling orders nationally became an issue due to their business model. You'd want to read about Mochi before a commitment. And those who were with Mochi, just know it is super easy to switch to another provider for peace of mind. They do offer a pediatrics program, which is rare, age 13-17.

BrightMeds currently only offers semaglutide.
